Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Petochi platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Petochi is a decentralized application (dApp) that allows users to adopt, own, and interact with NFTs ("Petochi pets") on the Ethereum blockchain. The Service includes the website, smart contracts, and all related tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

4. Wallet and Transactions

You are solely responsible for your blockchain wallet, private keys, and any transactions made through the Service. We do not have access to your wallet and cannot reverse transactions.

5. NFTs and Ownership

When you adopt a Petochi pet NFT, ownership is recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. You own the NFT, but Petochi retains intellectual property rights over the artwork and brand. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to display and trade your NFT for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Fees and Gas

Adopting and interacting with NFTs requires payment of gas fees and adoption price in ETH. All fees are non-refundable. Gas fees are paid to Ethereum network validators, not to Petochi.

7. Assumption of Risk

NFTs and cryptocurrencies are volatile and involve significant risk. You acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in blockchain technology, including smart contract bugs, market volatility, and regulatory changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Petochi is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service, including lost funds, failed transactions, or smart contract vulnerabilities.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
